Frankie was born in Varese in 1984, son of Mario Fiorelli and Anna Franchi. He always had passion for everything that is happening in the kitchen and dining room since little and his love for food was his major passion.

Frankie worked in a prestigious catering organisation in Milan and for some highend brands such as: AC Milan, Intermilan, Berlusconi politic and private, D&G, Giorgio Armani, Giuseppe Zanotti, Cannes film festival etc

He moved to Australia in 2007 with a dream to bring what he learnt in Milan to the Australian culture. The former owner of Bar Carolina in South Yarra, Fiorelli Catering & Events is Frankie bringing Italy to your next event or function!
